What Does the following semen Analysis Report Indicate? 

today i did my semen analysis on 06th day of my absentie of last masturbation with a good lab results are,

physical examination

volume = 2.6 ml/color= greyish white / ph= alkaline / liquefication time
microscopic examination:

sperm count= 131million/ml / total count= 340.6 million/ejaculate

motality(within 01 hr of ejaculaiton:

fast forwar progressive(grade a) 10% / slow progressive(grade b) 30 % / sluggish (grade c) 20% / immotile(grade d) 40 %

viabilty(within 01 hr)=65%

sperm cell morphology

noraml forms =70% / abnormal forms 30 %

agglutination = nil

round cell morphology

pus cells/h.p.f = 0-2 /red blood cell /h.p.f = 0-1 /immature sperm cells / h.p.f = 1-3

Hello

Your semen analysis suggests normal findings.

Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.Your sperm count is 131 million/ml,so it is normal.

Motility of sperm should be at least 55 %.You have 60 % overall motile sperms,so it is also normal.

Sperm morphology is normal.Normally it should be at least 16 % for natural fertilization.

PH,volume of semen are also normal.
Few pus cells and occasional RBC are also normally seen.
